Rhea Manley is a Jamaican poet and educator. Her work explores how postcolonial struggles, state violence, and women’s autonomy affect daily life. Her poetry has been shortlisted for the Edward Baugh Prize for Poetry (Jamaica, 2019 and 2022). Her writing has appeared in PREE, New Voices: Selected by Lorna Goodison (UWI Press, 2019), Caribbean Quarterly, and other literary outlets.
